Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court records, but the record owner changes by case type. The Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Court handles Superior Court and Juvenile Court records. Probate Court handles estates, guardianships, conservatorships, marriage licenses, vital records, and traffic citations assigned to that court. Magistrate Court handles civil claims, garnishments, dispossessories, pre-warrant applications, first appearances, and bond hearings. We organize those local channels for Wilkinson County in one practical reference.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
